WorkProof lets you create proof reports using information such as:

• Job titles and notes
• Photos added by you
• Client names and contact details
• Materials, cost, warranty, and report notes
• Client confirmation and signatures
• Business profile information
• App settings and preferences

This information is created and managed by you.

WorkProof does not require an account.

Your proof reports, clients, photos, signatures, business profile, settings, and related app data are stored locally on your device.

WorkProof does not automatically upload your proof data to our servers.

WorkProof may ask for camera or photo library access only when you choose to add photos to a proof report.

Camera access is used only to take job photos.

Photo library access is used only to let you choose existing photos for a proof report.

WorkProof does not access your camera or photos in the background.

WorkProof does not request location permission and does not track your location.

If a location appears in a proof report, it is entered manually by you.

WorkProof may provide backup, export, or share features.

Any backup or export action is started by you.

Depending on the app version, backups may include proof data, clients, settings, business profile, and custom presets. Photos, signatures, or logos may require separate media backup support.

You are responsible for storing and protecting exported files.

When you share a proof report, you choose where to send it.

Shared reports may contain information you added, such as photos, notes, client details, business information, and signatures.

Please review a report before sharing it.

We do not sell your personal data.

WorkProof does not use your proof reports, photos, signatures, or client details for advertising.

WorkProof may use basic diagnostics or crash reporting to help improve app stability.

If analytics or crash reporting is used, it should not include the contents of your private proof reports, photos, signatures, or client details.

WorkProof may use platform services such as the App Store, Google Play, or device sharing features.

When you use third-party services, their own privacy policies may apply.

WorkProof is intended for service workers, freelancers, and business users. It is not directed to children.

Because WorkProof stores data locally, you can manage your data on your device.

You may delete proofs, clients, photos, or app data from within the app where supported, or by removing the app from your device.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time.

If we make changes, we will update the Last updated date on this page.
