WorkProof is a mobile app that helps users create proof reports using photos, notes, materials, client confirmation, and signatures.

WorkProof is intended for service workers, freelancers, and small field-service businesses.

WorkProof does not require an account for core use.

Your data is primarily stored locally on your device.

You are responsible for managing and protecting your device and local data.

You are responsible for the content you add to WorkProof, including:

• Photos
• Notes
• Client details
• Business information
• Materials and cost information
• Signatures
• Shared reports

You should only add or share content that you have the right to use and share.

WorkProof allows you to add client information and signatures to reports.

You are responsible for getting any necessary permission or consent before collecting, storing, or sharing client information or signatures.

WorkProof helps you create reports, but you are responsible for reviewing the accuracy of each report before saving, completing, exporting, or sharing it.

WorkProof does not verify the accuracy of your report content.

WorkProof is a productivity tool.

It does not provide legal, financial, tax, compliance, insurance, or professional advice.

You are responsible for deciding whether a report is suitable for your work, business, customer, or legal requirements.

WorkProof is local-first.

You are responsible for backing up your data where backup/export features are available.

We are not responsible for data loss caused by device loss, app deletion, operating system issues, user error, or unsupported backup behavior.

You agree not to use WorkProof to:

• Create false, misleading, or fraudulent reports
• Violate another person's privacy or rights
• Store or share content you do not have permission to use
• Use the app for illegal or harmful activities
• Attempt to reverse engineer, disrupt, or misuse the app

We may update, change, add, or remove features from WorkProof over time.

Some features may be experimental, limited, or marked as coming soon.

WorkProof may offer paid features or a Pro plan in the future.

If paid features are offered, pricing and subscription details will be shown before purchase.

Purchases may be handled by Apple App Store, Google Play, or another authorized platform.

WorkProof may interact with third-party services such as device sharing tools, app stores, or system-level features.

We are not responsible for third-party services or their terms.

WorkProof is provided "as is" and "as available."

We do not guarantee that the app will be error-free, uninterrupted, or suitable for every specific business, legal, or reporting need.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for loss of data, business, profits, or reputation arising from your use of WorkProof.

You may stop using WorkProof at any time.

We may restrict access to future services or features if the app is misused or if required by law or platform rules.

We may update these Terms from time to time.
