App Purpose
BeautyBook is provided as a focused helper for appointments and treatment journeys for beauty pros. It is designed for simple everyday use and may not fit every professional, business, medical, legal, accounting, or compliance requirement.
Your Responsibility
You are responsible for the information you enter, the decisions you make from that information, and the people or services you share it with.
- BeautyBook helps with appointment and treatment operations but does not replace professional, legal, tax, accounting, medical, or compliance advice
- You are responsible for client consent, contact details, treatment notes, prices, payment records, and appointment accuracy
- Payment entry records money already received and does not process card payments
- Backups are currently unencrypted JSON files and must be stored carefully
- Future cloud, sync, booking, or pro features may have separate terms
Local Data and Backups
Core app data is designed for local-first use. You are responsible for keeping backups, exports, device access, and shared files safe, especially before deleting the app, changing devices, or resetting a device.
Not Professional Advice
BeautyBook is a convenience tool. It does not replace professional, legal, medical, financial, tax, accounting, safety, or compliance advice where those responsibilities apply to your situation.
Limitation of Liability
Buddy Apps is provided as-is. We work to keep the app useful and reliable, but you remain responsible for checking important data, keeping backups, and deciding how to use exported or shared information.

These terms may be updated as the app changes. The latest version will be posted on this page with the updated date.
