1. Using Parallel 1.2.0
These terms apply to the Parallel video camera app provided by Hoa Bui under the Buddy Apps name. By using Parallel, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, stop using the app. Follow applicable laws and obtain any required permission from a parent or guardian.
2. Recording and device support
Dual records two separate portrait and landscape videos from one selected camera. 2 Cameras records one composed front-and-rear video and requires supported hardware. Features, output dimensions, frame rate and performance depend on the device, available storage, permissions and operating conditions.
Parallel 1.2.0 captures video only. Earlier saved photos remain supported. Check recordings and exports before relying on them; interrupted recording, device limits or storage problems can affect a take.
3. Your recordings and rights
You retain your existing rights in your content. You are responsible for having the right to record people, places and audio, and for obtaining required consent. Do not use Parallel to violate privacy, intellectual-property rights or the law.
You control saving and sharing. Follow the rules of services you share to. Parallel does not claim ownership of your recordings or publish them automatically.
4. Local storage and privacy
Recording and optional background removal run on your device. There are no accounts, analytics or media uploads in version 1.2.0. The Privacy Policy describes permissions, local storage, sharing and information from the earlier AI service.
The local Gallery is not a cloud backup. Export important captures before deleting them or removing the app. Deleting local media does not delete copies in Photos or other services. Updating the app does not itself delete earlier AI-service records; contact support about that data.
5. Price and app-store terms
Recording in Parallel 1.2.0 is free, with no account, moment-pack purchase or subscription required. This does not change any rights or refund processes for purchases made in earlier versions; contact support or Apple about those purchases.
Apple’s applicable license and App Store terms also apply. Where no custom license is supplied, Apple’s Standard EULA governs the app license. Mandatory consumer rights remain unaffected.

To the extent permitted by applicable law, the app is provided as available, without guarantees that it will be uninterrupted, error-free or suitable for every purpose. We are not responsible for independent third-party services or misuse of recorded content, except where the law requires otherwise.
Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded or limits mandatory consumer, privacy or other statutory rights. If a provision is unenforceable, the remaining terms continue to apply to the extent permitted by law.
7. Changes and contact
